Bd Ts 2010: Fake Alert And Gray Icon And Update And Infected Item !?

hi everybody;

first i am not english speeker so i am sorry.

i have 4 problems with my BD TS 2010 .

i bought the 3 user liecens . i use it in 2 laptops with win xp 32bit and in a desktop with win 7 64 bit.

i face the (fake alert trojan....) but i still don't know how to solve the problem with my 64 bit system.

i hope descripe the way to solve this problem.

2nd problem : gray icon..

when my pc (or laptops) starts the BD TS 2010 , the icon of BD TS 2010 in the right-down corner in task bar ; become gray and

asked me to restart computer. some time it be solved by itself , and some times still gray until i restart the computer .

and BD TS 2010 NOT working.

i want to know why this happen!!!

3rd problem:

i can't update my BD TS 2010 on my pc with win 7 64 bit. i read all what is writed here in this forum but the problem still exist .

4th and last problem:

some time i have infected items in my system but the BD TS 2010 tell me that i don't have premission to disinfected them !!!
