Xp Firewall

I am a bit dumb so please excuse my ignorance. I have a pc (windowsXP) connected to internet, printer and wireless router.

I also have a laptop (WindowsXP) with a modem and until recently could print out from the laptop on the printer and also read files on the pc.

Now when I try to access the pc from laptop I get a message that the network path cannot be found. I am also unable to print.

I have switched off (temporalily) the windows XP firewall on the pc and then all works OK so it must be a setting on the pc's firewall. I guess i have changed it somehow, but dont know what!

I am getting very desperate so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Graham
