[resolved] Problems Updating Bitdefender Total Security 2008 To 2010

I tried to update Bitdefender Total Security 2008 to 2010, but removing the 2008 version failed ...


After many problems, all because BTS setup failed to remove 2008 version and install 2010, that i can't remember all, i'm actually in a situation that BTS 2010, already registered, fails updating.


-> can't enable automatic updates


-> when updating, it stays at 0% always


How do i totally remove BTS 2010, and do a clean install?
