Supermassive Uiscan Log Files [bdis-2010]

Options

Hello,

I was about to run a defrag program when I noticed that the free space had reduced considerably. I was quickly able to see that there were a number of large uiscan log files totalling >30Gb (see pic attached).

It is clear that this is not normal and I am wondering how to solve this problem. Would the easiest solution be to un/re-install?

Also, can I delete these large logfiles?

Thanks.

PS: Could this new issue be in anyway related to using the file provided for solving the issue "the Scan Task Is Already Running" ?

    Hello,

Be kindly informed that you can remove all log files at any time. Considering the size of the files scanned, indeed the log file may get to bigger values however all log files can be removed. The only log file that I would recommend you to keep is a log file that contains threats found so you can pass it to us if need it.
