Privacy Control
OK, this is probably my 10th question here but I'm just one of those people who likes to feel secure on the net.
I was wondering, why is the BitDefender privacy control turned OFF on default level? How will my personal information be protected on websites if there is no privacy control? Is there any way hackers can steal my credit card numbers, etc if my Firewall and real time protection is enabled?
Sorry for all the questions.
Werner

Hello Greatbigmouth
The reason is that you will receive lots of popup's. That is the case if you enable cookie control and ****** control. The privacy control option you can enable without receiving many popup's. If you wanted to prevent that that kind of information such as credit card numbers can be collected by malicious sites you have to enable the privacy option.

Thanks,
Is BitDefender automatically configured to know which site are legitimate and which are not? I do not want it to block sites like paypal, etc.
