Change from 10-device plan to 5-devices at renewal
My current subscription ends in ~2 months. I have the 10-device plan and only have 3 devices on Bitdefender. I would like to select and pay for the 5-device plan for my renewal. Is this possible? I hope I do not have to completely cancel the current plan at renewal and sign up as a new customer for a 5-device plan.

Why can't I find an unsubscribe option in my account?
Shouldn't subscribers be able to unsubscribe at their account settings instead of waiting for an email, 5 days before auto renewal, that would normally end in the spam folder? Bitdefender uses a very deceptive tactic to obtain auto renewals.

Cancelling Auto Renewal - No Info
Hello, I have followed the instructions in the FAQ for cancelling auto renewal. However when I click on the payments options, as instructed, the screen is completely blank. Nothing ever appears, therefore I cannot change my options. Please, can someone help? Thanks!

Haven't received my activation code yet.
It's been 3 days since I bought a Bitdefender Total Security license, and I still haven't received my activation code. I need in order to disable auto renewal. I don't have a my payments option either. Which I assume will appear once you get the activation code. Can the staff please email it to me? Or give me a refund?

Can't locate 'My Payments' to disable 'Auto Renewal'
I have read a few articles on where to locate the 'My Payments' as I wish to disable 'Auto Renewal' but this function does not appear in my 'Bitdefender Central page (see image). Can someone point me in the right direction?
