Hi dear community, I'm using BitDefender Internet Security on Windows 11 Pro. The program found a QDTrojan.GenericKDCi.C6961C90A6 in EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard Professional and put many items in quarantine (many of them weren't directly related). I'm surprised, as I bought EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard Professional and…

Looking at the reviews on the chrome web store, some users claimed that defense with the trafficlight extension is best when paired with bitdefender's antivirus software. I know that the anti-tracker extension only works on supported browsers. However, I am not in need of anti-tracker. I am wondering about trafficlight for…

Hi, BD Internet Security 27.0.35.147, when I turn off toggle of Antispam, unfortunately when I restart my computer, my setting is not remembered by the App. Can you repair it? I do not want to use this functionality. BR Darek

My child's computer has Qustodio for parental monitoring but does not have an antivirus solution which was why I purchased Bitdefender. Two programs for different purposes. But now Bitdefender says it can't be installed unless I uninstall Qustodio. Any solution to this? It says I can install the Lite version of BD but I…

Preamble I apparently went over the word limit (actually, the character limit) in drafting this, so I've split it into a few posts. Background Idly clicking around with my mouse on my computer (much like a monkey randomly banging on a keyboard hoping to produce a Shakespearean masterpiece), I happened to click on the…

FALSE POSITIVE I got a false positive today from running Powershell commands through a batch file at the command prompt in Windows 8.1 x64 with BIS 26.0.32.116. In short, the Skript I run looks for differences between files at two user-specified paths (vaguely like the command "fc", but batched and using analogous…

Has anyone thought about doing a Bitdefender Web Browser? I know Avast and AVG have their own Chrome-based web browser with all their extensions added to it with adblocking features included. I was wondering if Bitdefender will be coming out with their own browser soon. I am a loyal customer and would love to add a…

I asked this same question in VPN's, but I think it might apply her as well. If you have already seen it, sorry and go ahead to the next topic, Thanks! I have a Netgear Mesh router and I got Armor from Bitdefender activated with it. So that it supposed to help take care of any threats that come to the WIFI. Then, Armor…

I used the Antivirus license last year, this year I went with the Internet Security Product. When I received the installation link in my email, it asked my account and I logged in, somehow I'm getting looped back to the console where I see my device and only see the Antivirus product and nothing related to the Internet…

Hi, I am a software developer. I was testing out the SSL certificate implementation. I continued to the site despite there is no SSL certificate installed(yet). But, after my successful integration of SSL certificate from another authority, i saw that the browser is still using the bit defender's one. I tried to find from…

Hi, I used to subscribed to Bitdefender Total Security. With 2 months left, I decided to renew the subscription. However, I bought the wrong key. I bought Bitdefender Internet Security. Now my account automatically downgraded to Internet Security with 61 + 365 days of subscription days. I was wondering if I buy a key /…
