Bitdefender Detected a Threat and Blocked Explorer
The details are below. A full scan came back clean and the user doesn't report anything out of the ordinary. I checked security logs nothing suspicious and confirmed the device is fully patched. I believe this is a false positive but would like to know more about how the "User Login" is affected in this instance. Event…

Often asked "if" other anti-virus software needs to be uninstalled
I answer yes and believe it's the best option to save on resources and for overall better results. Really just doing my due diligence by asking here. Any reasons behind "why" I'd love to hear about.

Security Risks \ Misconfigurations \ Automatically Resolvable Indicators in Gravity Zone
Is there a way to resolve all "Automatically Resolveable Indicators" at once? It's not so bad repairing 5 or 10, however, on first-time scans, this number can be much higher, and clicking through each one separately and selecting "Fix" is time-consuming. Hopefully I'm overlooking a way to do this.

The computer was taken offline, completely reimaged, well tested, data scrubbed then introduced back into the network. Everything appears to be well but we’re…

Best Way to Protect Mobile Devices
What are others doing to manage phone security with Bitdefender? We're using Gravity Zone and central management is important so we can watch over client's networks. I don't believe there's a policy to manage mobile phones, is this correct? The only option I see to manage phones is to have each user download Bitdefender…

Gravity Zone Support
I'm locked out of my account and I'm the administrator. Nobody answers the phone when I call support and I left three emails. Meanwhile, my clients are at risk, I can't do billing. Not sure why I'd continue using Bitdefender at this point. Any ideas how to proceed?

Email Compromised
Running a PowerEdge Server with Exchange 2016 running as one of the VM's in Hyper-V. The other day my client contacted me and said an email was sent on his behalf and it doesn't appear to be a spoofed email. I checked and someone sent an email on his behalf to the majority of his contacts. This is alarming to say the…
