After you installed the Bitdefender product on your tablet and smartphone, did you enable the device administrator when the app prompted you to? If not, you should enable it. If you did, and the app is still getting uninstalled, that is strange.

As basic troubleshooting for Android devices, you can download Revo Uninstaller for Android ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vsrevogroup.revouninstaller&hl=en_IN ) and check if there are any unknown apps installed, which you can then uninstall. Afterward, you can install the VirusTotal app for Android (https://play.google.com/store/search?q=virustotal&c=apps&hl=en_IN) and scan your entire device to check if any of the reputable vendors detect any files as malicious.

I am promoting you to level 2 so that you can share screenshots of the VirusTotal results with us here. If everything comes out clean, try restarting the device and reinstalling the Bitdefender product to see if it still gets uninstalled on its own. If the issue persists, you will need to contact Bitdefender support to have it checked
