Récupération coffre fort inopérante

Bonjour,

Sur mes deux machines je n'arrive pas a récupérer le contenu de mon coffre fort. J'ai essayé la procédure de récupération de multiple fois . Je n'arrive pas non plus a effectuer la procédure qui consiste à lancer la commande : net stop bdvediskl décrite en cas de message d'erreur ,ce qui semble être mon cas.

    Le problème est résolu. J'utilisais demarrer -> executer -> cmd a partir d'un click droit sur le logo Windows.

    Je ne passai pas par l'outil de recherche "la loupe" a droite du logo Windows.

    Apres arrêt du coffre fort j'ai bien récupéré les fichiers.
