Pour mon antivirus ... j'ai choisi Bitdefender antivirus plus et je n'arrive pas a l'installé ... J'ai besoin d'aide.

    a tu créer un compte bitdefender central?

    si non il faut créer un compte bitefender central puis dans mes appareils cliquer sur + ajouter un appareil puis sur antivirus plus puis sur installer sur cette appareil.

    J'ai fait tout cela ... mais lorsque l'installation atteint 100% l'appareille se ferme et recommence. Je ne suis pas très poussé ... Je me comprend pas ... je n'arrive plus à avancé dans l'installation.

    est ce que tu as d'autres protection antivirus,antimalwares,antispywares,.....?

    si oui il faut les desinstaller.

    est ce que tout est a jours windows,carte graphique,reseau,logiciel,....?
