Bonjour, Je viens de faire le renouvellement il y deux mois , et le widget est activer ,mais il apparait qu'une fois sur le bureau après un redémarrage et le lendemain c'est fini. Alors avec la première installation de Bitdefender Total security ,il n'y avait pas de problème ,il apparaissait toujours. Je vous remercie d'avance pour la réponse .Bobby35

    Hello,

    The Bitdefender security widget is disabled by default. If you want to have quick access to Bitdefender settings, add the security widget to your desktop using one of the following methods:

    From the Bitdefender interface

    1. Click Settings in the menu on the left side of the Bitdefender interface.
    2. In the General tab, toggle “Security widget” to the on position (blue) and if the widget disappears for no apparent reason afterwards, check if the toggle stays ON or not.

    From system tray

    1. Right-click on Bitdefender’s system tray icon.
    2. Click “Show Security Widget” in the menu that appears.

    If the widget is still glitching on your PC, you can run the repair tool to try and fix this.

    Lastly, if the widget doesn't stay on your desktop for too long, you can contact the Support teams for a more detailed investigation and the engineers can advise on the next steps to take. Should you require to contact them, you can use the link below to reach the French speaking agents:
