Win32.virtob.gen.12 et windows embedded standard 7

Bonjour ,

lors d'un scan de disque dur contenant Windows Embedded standard 7 , bitdefender marque tous les fichiers de windows (en .exe) comme etant infectés par Win32.virtob.gen.12 .

Hors c'est la première installation de cet OS sur un disque dur neuf , y a t il un moyen de résoudre ce problème , ou faut il ignorer cette détection (False positive)

    Virtob or most commonly as far as I know it is known as virut virus is a type of malware that infects all the executable files on the windows system making them unable to open. You should let bitdefender remove the virus or else the virus will replicate and make all the executable files on your PC useless and you might have to end up reinstalling the windows again.

    suite à mon problème , j'ai essayé plus antivirus juste au cas ou .. ; mais les résultat de scans donnent quelque chose de semblable : PE_VIRUX.AA-1 (ou win32.virtob.gen-12) , F:\WINDOWS\system32\arp.exe, Ignored

    Donc a priori , ils détectent quelque chose sur tous les fichiers exe mais les antivirus l'ignore - pourquoi je ne sais pas ; je continue mes recherches

    As I told you in above comment that the virus virut infects all the executable files which it has done and it seems the only way to get rid of the virus is to reinstall the windows from scratch.

    You can still try to contact bitdefender support and check if they can help you in anyway but as far as I know, once the executable files are infected and the virus replication continues, there is nothing one can do to stop it and reinstalling the windows is the only solution.
