Password protected ?

Greetings ! after a few years with licensed NortonAntivirus, I stayed with a bitter taste holding a 4 Trojan in the computer. Norton had no idea of them,

I installed BitDefender for 6 months '' Free Trial '' I will definitely buy it. . . so the viruses found BitDefender not Norton (a nightmare)

Now, as Scan asks for an .EX''Password protected 9 '' password, I obviously do not have an open password on my PC, what should I do? but until then they pass by '' Password protected 9 ''

so I can do Scan in those folders, I repeat, I have no password anywhere. New windows installed.
