Bitdefender hat diesen Fund in brd.dll (Slysoft) gemeldet un das Element desinfiziert. Kennt das jemand? Ist das gefährlich oder möglicherweise ein Fehlalarm?

The detection you mentioned should only trigger on a file that is not part of any Slysoft product.
I have not taken an extensive look at it, but I would suggest you check that you have downloaded your product from http://slysoft.com/
