Ich habe Bitdefender Total Security auf meinem PC. Da ist auch Mobile Security mit enthalten. Mobile Security ist auch bei Bitdefender Central bei meinen Geräten aufgeführt. Aber trotzdem habe ich bei Mobile Security nur eine Laufzeit von 14 Tagen. Was mache ich falsch?

    Kindly perform below steps & see if this helps you in anyway.

    1) Remove devices from online bitdefender central: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2795/

    2) Uninstall bitdefender mobile security on from your device.

    3) Re-install the bitdefender mobile security from iOS app store/google play store.

    4) Login into your bitdefender mobile security with the login details to which your bitdefender total security is associated with. This should resolve your issue.

    If issue persists, kindly contact the bitdefender support by visiting https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/ and scroll down to the bottom of the webpage where you can get in touch with support representative either by email, chat or over a call.
