1) Remove devices from online bitdefender central: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2795/
2) Uninstall bitdefender mobile security on from your device.
3) Re-install the bitdefender mobile security from iOS app store/google play store.
4) Login into your bitdefender mobile security with the login details to which your bitdefender total security is associated with. This should resolve your issue.
