Umstellung auf neues Abo
Mein altes gekündigtes PremiumSecurity Abo läuft im Februar aus. Gleichzeitig habe ich jedoch im Rahmen des BlackFriday ein neues Bitdefender Premium Security Plus Abo erworben, das ab November ebenfalls parallel läuft.
Beide Abos werden in meinem BitDefender Central angezeigt. Das alte Abo habe ich auf vier Geräten installiert, aber ich kann nicht auf mein neues Bitdefender Premium Security Plus Abo umstellen.
Wie stelle ich also in den installierten Bit Defender Anwendungen auf den jeweiligen Endgeräten auf das neue Abo um?

Thanks a lot but a generic answer referring to the costumer support isn't really helpful at all.

Follow the steps from this article to reallocate your devices to the new Premium Security Plus subscription:
Once you do this, the previous license will run empty until its expiration in February and your devices will be protected by the new subscription. Alternatively, if you don't take any action, once the Premium Security license expires, the devices will be automatically assigned to the new license that can protect them.
