How do I really contact Bitdefender
I got hit by a Trojan that Bitdefender missed about 2 weeks back. I tried running your program but it could not find anything. I tried your method which was useless.
I then turn Bitdefender off and tried downloading some other programs. Eventually TotalAV found a Trojan and I thought managed to delete the Trojan but the damage had been done. Endless problems continued to develop. Computer runs slow, programs don't work property, programs change shape and so much more.
I took it to highly a specialized computer shop in my area. They found a number of remaining virus items hidden. After the second time bringing it there, they thought they had everything removed. I tried it again last night. There are still problems with programs not working.
I have spent and lost thousands of dollars on this. I AM NOT HAPPY.
When this started I tried looking for help and contact information on your website.
The HELP section is so well hidden it took me considerable time to find. THIS SHOULD BE ON THE FRONT PAGE.

You mention that phone call charges are not covered, who cares, JUST PROVIDE A PHONE NUMBER
it still doesn't tell the consumer how to contact you.
THIS IS EXTREMELY ANNOYING AND FRUSTRATING. Who is going to replace all the money and time I have lost.
I am supposed to be going on a 6 month overseas trip in 2 days time. Numerous arrangements that were supposed to be made have not. This may end up costing me 10's of thousands of dollars more due to last minute arrangements.

I bought Bitdefender because I believed it to be on of the better security programs out there. (your VPN is useless)
It may be but your customer service is crap. Absolutely useless.
An extremely disappointed customer.
