We've recently enrolled our fleet of Windows 10 devices (approx. 400 machines) onto BitDefender GravityZone. Since doing so, randomly throughout the day, if a user signs out of a PC, the PC will stay on the blue signing out screen until it's been manually buttoned off, the same is true if a user shuts down the PC. When this happens I can't interact with the PC, so I can't run the BEST diagnostic tool, even if I can get access with PowerShell remoting. Has anyone had this issue before? If so, what was the fix?
