Windows 10 Devices Randomly Hang When Signing Out
Hi all
We've recently enrolled our fleet of Windows 10 devices (approx. 400 machines) onto BitDefender GravityZone. Since doing so, randomly throughout the day, if a user signs out of a PC, the PC will stay on the blue signing out screen until it's been manually buttoned off, the same is true if a user shuts down the PC. When this happens I can't interact with the PC, so I can't run the BEST diagnostic tool, even if I can get access with PowerShell remoting. Has anyone had this issue before? If so, what was the fix?

As this is a specific scenario, please reach out to my colleagues from the Enterprise Support Team so we can look into this behavior in more details. I am sure we will find a way to determine the root cause even if it's not possible to run the BEST diagnostic tool.
