HELP Bitdefender updates failing
Hello,
I have an ongoing chicken-or-egg problem..
Our VPN posturing requires a valid "definition date" within 60 days, otherwise all network traffic is blocked.
If Bitdefender fails to update, the "definition date" shows as 01/01/1970. Thus blocking internet traffic and Bitdefender cannot recover.
It seems Bitdefender's isn't reporting to the last known successful product update version?
How to measure if Bitdefender is running safely?

From the screenshot provided, I see that the last update has completed successfully as shown by the Bitdefender Endpoint Security Tools event log.
Next time, when you are notified by the Bitdefender Endpoint Security Tools that the update failed please collect a set of logs ( ) and reach out to our Enterprise Support to further investigate the root cause ( )Kind Regards,
