my subscription

I renewed my subscription on 5-15-2024 but today i am not covered it says

    You can contact support from the link below. Otherwise, @Alexandru_BD of Bitdefender can look into this from his end on Friday to find out what may be going on with your subscription.

    Select, Purchase & Manage Subscription, and go through the prompts until you get to the black Contact Support box. You will have the the options of Chat, Call or Email. Chat is the quickest way to get thing started, phone support is not toll-free.

    @bruce anthony unfortunately, I missed this thread on Friday, can you tell us if everyting is alright with your account now and if your devices are currently protected by Bitdefender? Based on my findings, you do have a Windows device covered at the moment.
