Hi,

I reviewed my security events for this account and apparent on the day I found out I was unable to access my account there were 28 failed log in attempts. Now, I know I tried several times to log in but I know I did not attempt to sign in over 2 dozen times. Should I be worried?

Yes, 28 failed login attempts definitely warrant some concern. Even if you tried logging in a few times, that number suggests someone else might have been attempting unauthorized access. Here's what you can do:

    1) Change your password: This is the most crucial step. Create a strong, unique password and don't reuse it anywhere else.

    2) Enable two-factor authentication (2FA): This adds an extra layer of security by requiring a code from your phone or email in addition to your password. Have a look at stated link https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/1581/
