Gen:Suspicious.Cloud.2.@x1@aOghqyli is a virus?
Good morning, I have a problem with installing Premiere Pro ESD license. During the installation Bitdefender blocked the execution because it detected Gen:Suspicious.Cloud. 2.@x1@aOghqyli as virus. Can anyone tell me if it is a virus or a false positive how did the support of the company from which I bought the software respond? Thanks

Hello.
Only the anti-malware researchers at Bitdefender Labs can help you with the issue.
You should report the file(s) and/or the URL(s) as false positive to Bitdefender Labs here:

To add here, cloud-based detection, as shown by Bitdefender, is a type of malware protection that operates independently of signature-based detection created by malware researchers. In cloud-based detection, your device sends information about files and activities to servers in the cloud. These servers use advanced tools to analyze the data and check for threats by comparing it to a vast database of known malware and looking for suspicious behavior. If the cloud service finds something dangerous, it sends instructions back to the Bitdefender product to quarantine or remove the threat. This method allows for quick and efficient protection, as the cloud can process large amounts of data and update its threat database regularly to keep your device safe from new malware.
