How do I get Bitdefender back, after System Restore
I had to use System Restore. When it was finished, I found it had removed Bitdefender from my computer. I tried reinstalling it. That was successful. But now it's missing again.
Any suggestions on how to get it to function?

I used free Revo Uninstaller, being careful not to delete my certificate information, which they offered to do. Revo Uninstaller did an excellent job of removing all files associated with Bitdefender.
I've been in touch with support for three days. Finally, one of their support representatives attached my correct email to my account. (They had the one from when I had the free program, even though I, initially, had the paid version with my correct email.)
I downloaded and installed the right Bitdefender program. Bitdefender AntiVirus Plus. It is now working. And I now use Firefox, as it instructs in their PDF manual.
I went to Bitdefenders support page and found an article stating to use 2Check to use Look Up Order, in order to get a new activation number. Bitdefender's article, specifically, stated to use their card information look up.
With my email address, they found it right away, but with my card number information, they kept stating that it wasn't found. I tried numerous times. I even called them which brought me no help, even though he could see my order.
Needless to say, I am not impressed with 2Check, now Verifone.
