New agent install shows in "Computers & Groups" not in Active directory

I've got a few computers that I've installed the agent on but instead of them showing active in my list of active directory machines, they show up in the Computers & Groups. The computer name in active directory is there but shows that is Managed but offline. A computer with the same name shows in Computers and Groups and is Managed and Online. How do I move it or get it to show as online in the active directory computer list?

This issue might be due to the fact that the AD is reporting different information vs the endpoint so duplicate entries have appeared. I am assuming that you are using also Active Directory.

To pinpoint the root cause we will have to investigate this with Enterprise Support.

Please collect a Support Tool Log from the endpoint which appears as offline and share it with the Enterprise Support Team ( https://www.bitdefender.com/business/support/en/71263-102885-use-the-support-tool-log.html )
