Why is my Bitdefender VPN keep confinguring? The icon isn't on my computer at all.

I think we'll have to know more than that in order to give some advice here.. Can you look in the programs list and check if Bitdefender and Bitdefender VPN are properly installed on your device? What do you mean by 'Bitdefender has been moved from my computer' ? You can no longer find its icon on the desktop / systray, or can no longer access the UI? Have you previously managed to install Bitdefender successfully on your device and if yes, when did you complete the installation? Are you referring only to the Bitdefender VPN or the antivirus as well? In Central, do you have a valid subscription? What operating system are you using and does this happen on a pc/laptop or mobile device?
