Signal Messaging App not working since installing Bitdefender on IoS

since downloading a installing the Bitdefender app a few days ago on my Iphone 15, the messaging app “Signal” has not been working. If Bitdefender is turned off, I can message and receive individual messages from contacts in Signal but cannot rejoin some group chats. When Bitdefender is turned on, I cant send or receive in Signal. Signal are just responding with auto messages that are not helpful so trying this forum!!! Help!
