Bitdefender had an article called "Beware of Fake Parking Tickets in Canada". I just received a text message that was similar - saying that I owed money to Rogers (mobile). The text says that I can pay through the billing portal: account-rogers-unpaid-bill.com . I checked with Rogers and don't owe anything. Looks like a scam similar to the one in Beware of Fake Parking Tickets in Canada.
