EXTEND SUBSCRIPTION

Greetings. I have a Total Security 10 device subscription expiring 21/11/2027. I recently bought an additional two years of protection from the Bitdefender store on Amazon, same product, Total Security 10 devices. Reading between the lines of the site I saw that the maximum extension of a subscription cannot exceed 5 years so to date I won't go back and bitdefender Central won't let me extend my subscription. The question is this: if I wait to activate the code until 21/11/2024 (I will therefore be within the 5 years) will I be able to extend the duration of the subscription or having bought this extension today on 21/11/2024 will it no longer be valid? Thank you

    ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices, your payments/purchases and/or your subscription(s).
    So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:

    Chat is the fastest way to get in touch with Bitdefender Consumer Support.
    Select: Purchase & Manage Subscription -> My Bitdefender Central Account, click on Contact Support in the black box and then click on Chat 24/7.
