Why doesn't my network scan show anything connected to my router

  • I have the same issues! My phone/PC spins it wheels and finds NO devices even though I have over 30 devices/connections.

    Are you reffering to the the network scan in the Bitdefender Central App?

    If so then @Alexandru_BD could this be a bug, attached a screeenshot below for your reference.

    State your contact reason / choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
