If a device has 2 admin accounts, wouldn't it still register as the same device?
Recently I have made another Admin account on the device I constantly have to sign in on to get to my account.
Mainly I did it to see if it would give me the message, "new device sign-in…"
Which, indeed, it did.
However, it also gave me a 2FA issue, as well. Wouldn't BD show it was the device I normally use, especially since the device and the "email/username" are the same?
This is very confusing to me!!!!

Well, that's a scenario I haven't encountered before. But I suppose it's a cookie-related issue in the sense that there are separate cookies on different accounts. Worth asking the Support teams to have a look, I guess. You can get in touch with the Bitdefender engineers by choosing one of the contact channels listed here:
State your contact reason / choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
