How to remove/ prevent parental spy app ?

My Android phone is likely get infected by those apps for misusage. I already tried to factory reset but I'm not sure if it is enough or not? Can you pls give me some advices on this subject? I've installed anti virus program bitdefender and one more. Is there anything else that I have to do?

Normally a factory reset of a device should remove any spyware as it will set the device back to the factory configured settings that are stored in an inaccessible storage. As for my understanding, the installation of more than one antivirus is normally not recommended due to the installation of multiple antivirus programs can cause conflicts, which can lead to errors, slow down your device, and even cause protection mechanisms to fail.
