New subscription. Microsoft will not verify product and Bit defender unable to assist. Have spent 2 days on this and just as difficult to get my subscription back

Can you elaborate on the situation? It's unclear from the above information what's happening. What does "Microsoft will not verify product" mean? Have you already contacted the Bitdefender Support teams regarding this? If yes, what did they advise?
