Bitdefender Mobile Security Keeps Turning Off for Samsung S23 Ultra
Hi, I am using Samsung S23 Ultra with Bitdefender Mobile Security installed. After installing it on my mobile phone, it keeps turning off. I had tried many ways to keep it on and running on my mobile phone but to no avail. Please advise, thanks to all.

I believe I found what is causing the issue. It is not with the battery optimization per say but with apps put to sleep that the system perceives them as not being used.
Go to Settings, Battery, Sleeping Apps then select Never Auto Sleeping Apps, click on the + and add Bitdefender. I am testing now but that seems to solve this issue.

I tested and the features were still turning off by themselves. I decided to restart my phone and the Bitdefender features have not deactivated. Fingers crossed. I have an Samsung S22 if that makes a difference.
