I recently purchased a Netgear Armor subscription directly through Bitdedender because I was having so much trouble renewing it directly through Netgear (that’s another story).
It is working fine and is seen as connected through my Netgear Nighthawk app.
I reinstalled the Netgear Armor app on both my iOS devices (iPhone and IPad). However, the subscription iOS security license date shows it expiring in about 80 days rather than the 1 year term it shows for the actual service. I reached out to BITDEFENDER but they are not sure why it is showing up that way. I did not have this issue when the license was purchased directly through Netgear.
Any assistance is appreciated.
