Hi, I use an iMac and though I have VPN set up to connect automatically on start up it does not. Today, when I have connected manually it then prevents me sending emails via my gmail accounts. They send when I have turned VPN off. Any advice?

I eventually found a solution. I was connected to a Belgian VPN in Thailand and I think the Thai authorities blocked that traffic, since when I tried later with a Thai VPN connection it did work...
