checking different websites for bitdefender's double hope vpn's dns leak shown that it is connected to the google dns servers instead of protected bitdefender servers or suspected proxies. i explored some online blogs and searched a bit more but all the answers are same as below:

Hello,

This is a matter of interpretation. As long as only the location where you connected appears on the entire VPN route and your real location doesn't appear, this means that the VPN is active and working properly and has no leaks. Indeed, during the connection, it also contacts Google services for the DNS resolver part, but this doesn't mean that it's a leak. 🙂
