I've done several scans, all clear, and yet the same message appears. There's never mention of which app is the offender.
This has been a known issue for at least a year. Why hasn't it been solved???

It's a known bug indeed, but it hasn't persisted for a year. It could be that it resurfaced after a recent update. There's a longer thread on this topic here, so I'll close this one and we can move the discussion there, to better consolidate the feedback and information we have so far. A fix is currently being developed by the engineers and it will be released with an automated update as soon as possible.
