Help - registered email no longer accessible, need to change it

I no longer have access to the email address with which my Bitdefender account is registered, and when i want to log in Bitdefender Central i got next text :

Two-factor authentication

"It appears you haven't used this device to sign in recently. For your safety, please insert the code we've sent you to…"

and it keeps sending verification email to my old email to which I do not have access anymore. How do I get back my subscription to my new email address?
