hello the problem i have is when i try to change the interval from 12h to 6h for updates in bitdefender settings, i am asked for a password, when i enter my bitdefender account password it doesn't work

Are you using the GravityZone product or one of the Home products? If you are using the GravityZone product please provide a screenshot of the section which you are trying to update.
