    I'm using Google Chrome for the Bitdefender Central website and Authy for 2FA.

    And i never had issues when logging in to my Bitdefender Central account.

    Also, ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices, your payments/purchases and/or your subscription(s).
    So, i think that your best option is to contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:

    Chat is the fastest way to get in touch with Bitdefender Consumer Support.
    Select: Purchase & Manage Subscription -> My Bitdefender Central Account, click on Contact Support in the black box and then click on Chat 24/7.
    NOTE: Bitdefender telephone support is not toll-free!

  • To add here, if you don’t want to enter a 2-Factor Authentication code every time you sign in to your Bitdefender Central account, you can mark your device as trusted. You can sign in from trusted devices without using 2-Factor Authentication. Here's how to do it:

    1. Go to Bitdefender Central.
    2. Login with your e-mail and password.
    3. Enter the security code. On the same page, check the box Trust this device.
    4. Click SIGN IN.

    I'm unsure why it takes so long for you to receive the code, but like Gjoksi advised, it's best to ask Bitdefender Support to investigate further.
