I'm using Google Chrome for the Bitdefender Central website and Authy for 2FA.
And i never had issues when logging in to my Bitdefender Central account.
Also, ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices, your payments/purchases and/or your subscription(s). So, i think that your best option is to contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/help/ Chat is the fastest way to get in touch with Bitdefender Consumer Support. Select: Purchase & Manage Subscription -> My Bitdefender Central Account, click on Contact Support in the black box and then click on Chat 24/7. NOTE: Bitdefender telephone support is not toll-free! To add here, if you don’t want to enter a 2-Factor Authentication code every time you sign in to your Bitdefender Central account, you can mark your device as trusted. You can sign in from trusted devices without using 2-Factor Authentication. Here's how to do it:
I'm unsure why it takes so long for you to receive the code, but like Gjoksi advised, it's best to ask Bitdefender Support to investigate further.
