I have enabled wifi internet and run another scan but this same screen appears again. I can't find a newly installed app. Could someone please advise what next steps I should do?

Hello,
As far as I know, this problem was fixed in a previous release, more precisely version 3.3.248.2462, as stated below:
However, a few isolated cases where the message apparently persisted even after this update have emerged, and the developers are currently investigating the reason behind this. My recommendation would be to get in touch with the Bitdefender Support teams, since they are aware of this and can advise on the next steps. They can also add your report to the list and notify you when the issue has been fixed for good.
You can get in touch with the Support engineers by choosing one of the contact channels listed here:
State your contact reason / choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you for your understanding.
