Internet not connecting after turn on the BD VPN

Hi,

I’m recently with a problem that my internet do not connect if I chose locations like Brazil, Portugal, Argentina the USA…

But it does connect when I chose the UK or Ireland. I am currently living in Ireland.

This problem is just on windows, in the cellphone iOS using the same network I do t have this problem.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bitdefender VPN product.

The support team might need logs to troubleshoot the issue and will help you generate them as well.
