    ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices, your payments/purchases and/or your subscription(s).
    So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:

    There are different explanations depending on the section you are referring to.
    For device information, that is the actual build of Windows 11. Displaying 10.0.22631 (for example).
    For session, the explanation is that on Windows 11 a new user agent system was implemented that we don't support yet, and as a fallback, the old one still reports Windows 10, if this make sense.
