Can you tell us if you get an error message during activation, or what exactly isn't working as expected?
@Flexx for the record, Newegg is a Bitdefender reseller in the U.S., so the purchase is legitimate, we just need to find out what happened there and I think the best way to know is to get in touch with the Support teams, as you suggested. Now, you may ask why you can't find this reseller when using the Partner Locator feature on the main website. This happens because they use a different type of reseller account which is not linked with the locator.

Well, it's good to learn new things every day. But shouldn't this information also be available in that particular article? Who knows, there might be more like Newegg whose information is not available in the Partner Locator article.
