Subscription renewal for Mobile security on a active subscription

Hi,

I purchased Bitdefender Antivirus Plus in July 2024 and is covered till July 2025. According to my subscription i can cover 3 devices. I installed it on my laptop and on my mobile phone without any issues. Now on Bitdefender central is shows the following for my mobile device:

Your Bitdefender Subscription is not active

Reactivate your subscription in order to keep your devices protected.

With my subscription paid up till July 2025, how can I reactivate the subscription on my mobile?
