How do i Extend my subscription? Only getting option to add year from today?
Hi, I have BD Total security with 80 days left.
I bought a year subscrition in black friday, when i try to add it, says it's valid, but only gives the option for a year from today, not the extend my current subscription?

Which product did you have previously in Central and what license/subscription did you purchase for Black Friday?
After signing in, you may be prompted to either add a new subscription or extend your current one. The option to extend the current subscription only appears if the new subscription matches one of your existing Bitdefender subscriptions and the total validity doesn’t exceed 5 years. In other words, if the new subscription/license is not identical to the existing one (same product/package/number of slots), you will only be given the option to activate in parallel and the two will overlap until one of them expires. However, you can move the devices between subscriptions.
