Family Plan vs current plan
Hi, I am confused by online offers to upgrade my current plan - Bitdefender Antivirus. The family plan is attractive, however, I have some questions. 1) does this replace my current plan, or is it in addition to it? 2) I got two offers in my account, one for $59 and another for $69. What is the difference?
I would be grateful for any assistance you can offer.

ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices, your payments/purchases and/or your subscription(s).
So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:

Select: Purchase & Manage Subscription -> My Bitdefender Central Account, click on Contact Support in the black box and then click on Chat 24/7.
NOTE: Bitdefender telephone support is not toll-free!

- there are a few variables here. If you current plan is already expired, then the new plan will take its place. If you still have some validity left on the current license and you purchase a different one (not identical) the two will overlap until one expires (the old one).
- the price difference could be caused by different products, number of devices or validity, but it can also come as a result of different campaings (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.).
I can't really provide advice here, unless I know exactly what product you currently have, what's the status of the license/subscription, to which product you wish to upgrade and what are the products/suites for which you received the two offers. 🙂

I do have some visibility, but I don't want to pronounce myself without being 100% sure to what products they wish to upgrade, and I think it's best to let the user confirm this. Because although I can see that they are running an Antivirus for Mac, they could have a second account, or another inactive license, etc., and it's unclear what offers they received..Premium Security & Bitdefender Endpoint Security Tools user
