cancel and then upgrade
I purchased Total Security on 09/09/24. I would like to upgrade to Ultimate Security, but I have 9 months left on Total. Can I cancel and get a refund and then buy Ultimate?? Or what's the best thing to do?? I don't want to wait 9 months to upgrade. Thank you for your help.

Kindly go through the complete article in the link provided below. It clearly states at the very beginning that you will only be eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of using the product if you are not satisfied.
That being said, you can still contact Bitdefender support and see if they can provide you with a one-time exception.

To get immediate update, make use of the chat option.
