Instability of VPN

I am having a problem with the VPN program. It is disconnecting itself at times, (only dealing with windows laptop, and not cell phone), especially if I leave the computer for a short time. But, more importantly it seems to be having a great deal in reconnecting when it has disconnected. This is a recent problem.

Hi @Martyarnp

Is you laptop connected with Wi-Fi or Ethernet? If you're connected through Wi-Fi try connecting your laptop with the Ethernet cable (make sure you disconnect from your Wi-Fi first).

You can also try changing the VPN protocol, in your VPN setting go to "advanced", then go to "protocol".
